Acceptance of Terms
These terms and rules apply to all bookings. Whether through our website, by email, or through someone who works with us. If you do not agree, please don’t use our services.
Definition of a Group A
“Group” reservation is a booking for ten or more passengers traveling together on the same itinerary. All airlines reserve the right to decline the flight request that does not meet the criteria.
- Group quotes are customized based on the travel dates and airline-specific policies.
- All group bookings are subject to airline approval and fare class availability.
- Quotes are valid for 24–72 hours unless otherwise specified.
Booking Procedures
- To initiate a group booking, complete and submit the Group Request Form with accurate traveler information and preferred travel dates.
- Once processed, a fare quote will be sent for review and confirmation.
- Upon the acceptance of the fare, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.
- Name lists and final traveler details must be submitted before the ticketing deadline, which is usually 7 days before departure unless specified otherwise.
Payment Terms
- Group fares may include flexible payment options, including deposits followed by a final payment.
- We do not promise the fare prices until payment is received and the booking is confirmed by the airline.
- All the installments must be made following the timeline specified in your booking proposal.
- Late payments may result in fare increases or cancellation.
- All service fees imposed by grouptripgo.com are non-refundable, regardless of airline policy.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Modification or flight cancellation after booking depend on the airline rules and may include extra charges. Refunds are only possible if the airline allows them.
- Name or date changes may be limited and can incur fees.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellation must be requested in writing.
- Refunds are processed only if permitted by the airline.
Documentation & Deadlines
To complete the group booking, provide passenger details and documents within the given deadline. Incorrect information can cancel the flight without a refund.
- Submit full names, as shown on government-issued ID or passport.
- Provide all required documents (e.g., visa, ID, passport) before the deadline.
- Double-check spellings and dates to avoid errors or rebooking issues.
- Late or incorrect submissions may result in cancellation or additional fees.
- We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect or delayed information.
Limitations of Liability
Grouptripgo.com helps arrange the bookings but is not responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations made by the airline. We are not responsible for situations beyond our control.
- No liability is accepted for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or similar events.
- We are not liable for missed connections, extra costs, or inconvenience.
- If we offer free services like quotes or advice, we do so without any legal responsibility.
Airline Authority and Terms
Airlines make the final decisions about group bookings. They can change or cancel quotes or tickets based on their own rules, and we cannot control that.
- Airlines may cancel/modify group quotes and booking terms.
- Ticketing, refunds, and booking approvals are controlled by the airline.
- Making multiple bookings to hold seats or using false passenger names is not allowed.
Governing Law
These terms & conditions are governed by the laws. If there is a legal issue or disagreement, it must be resolved through the legal system chosen by the company.

- Any disputes must be handled in the legal jurisdiction we specify.
